We have been receiving several mobile calls and e-mails from existing property owners and clients stating that they want to get Encumbrance Certificate [EC] of their property in Hyderabad/Secunderabad as well as Video and Photos of properties, which are interested to buy in and around Hyderabad. Some of our clients would like to secure their plot/s property with fencing/compound wall, sign board etc..

In order to serve them, we have taken up the task of  providing ‘Encumbrance Certificates’ and Video / Photos for residential plots, commercial plots and lands in acres to the owners staying outside Hyderabad or staying in abroad.

Types of services and charges:

1.      Providing ‘Encumbrance Certificate [EC]’ for residential plots, commercial plots and lands in acres to the owners staying outside Hyderabad or in abroad. Subscription/Fee: Rs. 600/- per single EC, excluding postal charges for getting hard-copy.

2.      Providing video and 10 photos of desired property together with Google map pointing within couple of days. Subscription/Fee : Rs. 3,000/- for the property below 25 kilomtres radios from centre of the city, ie. MG Bus Station, Gowliguda  and  Rs. 4,000/- within 50 kilometre radius.
